Frequently Asked Questions

Use the commercial entrance located on the left when you arrive  at 3 Washington Circle NW, DC. When you exit the elevator on the 4th floor, make two (2) rights, and walk to the end of the hall to suite 401 to arrive at Arta Medical Spa, which shares space with Premier Pediatric. 

There is a parking garage located on 23rd street NW  between L street NW and Washington Circle NW.  Most surrounding street parking is valid for two (2) hours for non-residential parking. 

Located just 0.2 miles (5 minute walk) from the Foggy Bottom-GWU on the Orange, Blue, and Silver Metro lines.

$30 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel. 

$30 for no shows.​

Absolutely no refunds at all on any Arta services. Arta credit may be offered in rare instances, when deemed appropriate. As always, we thrive on excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know at  [email protected].

All services will begin with a complimentary consultation and treatment by a board-certified, licensed, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner.
